Located in the central downtown area, Tracks is a musical staple in the city of Watermark. At one time, the store was the location for the local rock radio station, which is now just across the street. The CDs and cassette tapes are organized first by genre, then alphabetically, on shelves lining the walls. DVDs and video games are on shelves along the front of the store, near the cash register. The new merchandise is kept towards the back of the store, and the used towards the front. Records are in the back - please ask for assistance (you'll need it; they are not arranged alphabetically or by genre, but by color.) Behind the counter, you can usually find a young store clerk who will be more than willing to offer you assistance should you need it - or at least take your money. Some days you may catch Greg, the owner (a self-confessed ex-hippie-turned-music-guru) wandering around the store in a Hawaiian print shirt and cargo shorts, or even Casey - a frequent visitor to the venue - often found in the used section flipping through Nirvana CDs. If you do happen to run into him, just keep walking and don't make eye contact. He'll be gone soon enough.
