The Canns river slices through the city almost directly in the center, dividing the East side from the west side. Multiple bridges cross the river and keep the city together.

The riverside is dotted with parks and toward the outskirts of town, even a few small nature reserves. Watermark and surrounding cities have fought hard to keep the river clean and pollution free. Thus far, the efforts have been successful. During the warm summers, you can drive out towards the edge of town and put your boat in or at least go for a refreshing swim.
