Far Western Continent

The Far Western continents, where the bases of a few eccentric groups are placed. Included in this are scientists of the same type as those who made Shimari how she is. besides experimenting on a few normal people here and there, mostly this base, set up to lok like a small hold by the sea, is for mutants of all types. They aren't treated too badly, and in fact are given anything they could want besides freedom. The scientists have some people backing them, giving them supplies, and have contact anonymously with the pirates and a few dragonriders who hate mutants. The Wester continent is actually quite close to the equator, and is for the most part, even warmer than the south, except for the desert in the middle, where it is incredibly hot in the daytime, and incredibly cool at night. There are two small navarn packs, one that allows experiments so that they can access the children to get their Bonded from. The other navarn Pack comes by randomly to see if Theirs are there.
